Hi, I'm Osha Cedarcroft, LMT, CMLDT.

My passion is touching lives with compassion, curiosity, education and effective bodywork.  I love meeting people where they are and creating space for tenderness, humor and vulnerability to thrive.

I’ve been a massage therapist and student of the body since 2005.  I specialize in lymphatic, post op, oncology and scar work. My ongoing study in these areas  has been inspired by years of experience working with many remarkable people who live with / are in recovery from cancer, lymphedema, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, scarring and other life altering challenges.

I feel incredibly lucky to be on this path. It is such a privilege to offer work that truly helps people feel and function better.

At home, I’m a solo Super-Mama to one of the coolest kids on the planet.
