Osha Cedarcroft, LMT, CMLDT

Osha is deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest and comes from long lines of creative people who love working with their hands. She has been caring for others as long as she can remember and has lived several incarnations of a service-oriented life.

Her draw to bodywork arose from a natural inclination to help those plagued by pain and poor health. She's found her vocation working with populations affected by chronic illness and cancer and built her skill set to best serve these patients. Along the way she also developed a love for post op care when she found she was being sought out by lipedema patients, moms recovering from tummy tucks and individuals who had been through major weight loss and body reconstruction.

Osha loves empowering patients to affect change in their bodies with small shifts in understanding how things work together and finding creative solutions for movement challenges.

Osha cherishes wild places, the in-between seasons, long daily walks, learning new things that blow her mind, and thinking outside the box. Most of all, she cherishes the incredible gift of her daughter who has given her the endearing title, "Crunchy Mom."
